Founder Story
I didn’t discover a method.
I noticed a moment no one was talking about.
There was a point where I could see my patterns clearly…
and still couldn’t stop them.
I understood them.
I could explain them.
I had done the work.
But in the moment—
nothing changed.
That’s when I realized:
It wasn’t a thinking problem.
And it wasn’t a lack of awareness.
My body had already shifted
before I had the chance to choose differently.
And that moment—
just before the reaction—
was where everything was actually being decided.
No one was talking about it.
So I started paying attention to it.
Not the story.
Not the past.
Not the explanation.
Just the shift.
The scanning.

And when I learned how to catch it there—
before the pattern fully took over—
